- This tune-up kit is for garage doors that are in good condition but need some support.
- This kit allows for the door panels to stay in a good condition longer by taking off some of the strain from working harder to open and making excessive noise.
- This kit is intended for doors with FIVE panels, both 10' x 10' and 12' x 10' doors.
- This kit includes:
- 10 #1 hinges
- Two #2 hinges
- Two #3 hinges
- Two #4 hinges
- Two adjustable top roller brackets
- 12 nylon rollers
- We offer the option of adding two bottom brackets and fasteners (4 per hinge/bracket).
- The hinges are 14 gauge, which is a nice upgrade from the 18 gauge generally used.
- Please note that we use self-tapping tec screws for steel doors and flat head bolts (1 7/8" long x 1/4") with nuts for wood doors (up to 1 1/2" thick). If you need longer bolts, please contact us before purchasing so we can get you what you need.
