  • This tune-up kit is for garage doors that are in good condition but need some support.
  • This kit allows for the door panels to stay in a good condition longer by taking off some of the strain from working harder to open and making excessive noise.
  • This kit is intended for doors with FOUR panels, both 16' x 7' and 18' x 7'.
  • This kit includes:
    • 11 #1 hinges
    • Two #2 hinges
    • Two #3 hinges
    • Two adjustable top roller brackets
    • 10 nylon rollers
    • We offer the option of adding two bottom brackets and fasteners (4 per hinge/bracket).
  • The hinges are 14 gauge, which is a nice upgrade from the 18 gauge generally used.
  • Please note that we use self-tapping tec screws for steel doors and flat head bolts (1 7/8" long x 1/4") with nuts for wood doors (up to 1 1/2" thick). If you need longer bolts, please contact us before purchasing so we can get you what you need.
